Also, EH Certification acts as a certifying body to respond to any threat to neutrality caused by the actions of other persons, institutions and organizations. We never outsource our audit activities to a management system consulting service provider, we do not provide direct or indirect consulting services related to certification, and we do not certify the management system of other certification bodies. . This certification body never expressly or impliedly states that if the services of a specified consulting organization are used, certification will be simpler, easier, faster, and less expensive, and never inappropriate claims of any consulting organization that It does not confirm that if the services of that certification body are used, certification will be simpler, easier, faster and less expensive. Also, all employees, whether inside the organization or outside the organization, are requested to :
- Consider confidential all the information related to the contracting party’s organizations that are received from sources other than them (such as the plaintiff, regulatory organizations) .
- Act impartially and should not allow commercial, financial and other pressures to impair impartiality .
- Employees who participate in the evaluation of management systems for the purpose of certification should not participate in the management and technical consulting of customers .
Since conducting an internal audit by the certifying body or any part of it with a legal personality for certified customers is a clear threat in relation to neutrality, therefore the certifying body and any part of it with a legal personality under the control of the organization, shall not offer to perform or provide services of internal audits for its certified clients and shall not certify the management system that has performed internal audits within a period of at least two years after the end of internal audits. All people involved in certification activities must participate in identifying, analyzing, evaluating, threatening, monitoring and documenting the risks related to impartiality and conflict of interest resulting from certification .
Until the risks and threats to neutrality have been reduced to an acceptable level, we do not use personnel inside or outside the organization or from services or products provided directly by the customer . .
The items listed below are from the ISO/IEC 17021:2015-1 standard for certification services, which are applicable to all our services :
- Impartiality and being perceived as neutral is essential for the provision of certification services by a certification body in a way that creates confidence .

- To achieve and maintain confidence, it is necessary that the decisions of the certifying body are based on objective evidence of compliance (or non-compliance) that the body obtains and that its decisions are not influenced by other stakeholders or other parties .
Threats related to neutrality can include but are not limited to the following. EH Certification has created relevant mechanisms to prevent facing these threats .

- c) Familiarity (or trust): Threats from a person or entity that arise due to excessive familiarity or trust in another person, instead of seeking audit evidence .
- d) Intimidation: Threats from a person or entity that EH Certification believes to be under open or covert coercion. such as threats to substitute or unrelated crimes .
- e) Competition: Threats caused by the evaluation of customers from more than two evaluation companies and the desire to enter into a contract by the certifying body .
