According to its experience, belief and commitment to the continuous improvement of processes, EH Certification has placed the fulfillment of the requirements of the National Certification Center of Iran in line with the demands of ISO/IEC 17021:2015-1 at the top of its activities .

The Managing Director of EH Certification , emphasizing the attitude of “attracting the satisfaction of customers and related stakeholders”, believes that the employees of the organization, who are considered as the most valuable capital of this company, will consider it their duty to fully understand the expectations of customers and other interested parties in the direction of try to achieve the organizational goals, and since the compliance assessment must be done in an impartial way, therefore, all personnel must understand the statement of impartiality and act according to its provisions, and must understand and implement the documents .

  3. Dealing with complaints and retrial requests without prejudice and in a fair and impartial manner, without receiving fees and not disclosing the information of the complainants and petitioners .
  4. Increasing the areas and standards covered with the aim of meeting the demands of customers .
  5. Accepting requests that do not conflict with the requirements governing the company .

By monitoring and annually reviewing the management system and creating an organizational structure in accordance with the company’s selected standards, I ensure sustainable development, continuous improvement and achieving the set goals .
